What are your showroom hours?

Reliable Rentals is open Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm and on Saturdays by appointment. If your schedule does not allow you to visit us at these times, please contact us to schedule an appointment that will meet your needs.

What are you delivery hours?

Our standard delivery hours are from 9:00am to 4:00pm, Monday through Saturday. However, we do understand that many locations, venues and events do not fall within these parameters, and therefore, we do operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week to meet your event requirements. Deliveries, installations and pickups that do not fall within our standard delivery hours will be charged additional fees.

Do you charge for delivery?

Yes we do. The delivery charge is based on the ZIP code we are going to and it is a round-trip fee. Delivery hours are 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Do you have a minimum order for delivery?

No we do not. Our delivery charge is based on the city we are going to and not the items or quantity of items ordered.

Do your driver's set-up the equipment?

We set-up tents, stage and dance floor at no additional charge. We will however, charge $0.50 per chair and $1.00 per table setup. We do not set linen or tableware. These items will be placed in one location as you indicate.

Am I responsible for washing the dishes, silverware and linens?

No, you do not need to do so. We ask that all dishes, silverware, serving platters, etc. be rinsed free of food and placed back into their appropriate containers. Please do not place soiled linens inside a plastic bag as this will cause them to mildew. All items should be placed in one location for pickup.

What are your payment terms?

Reliable Rentals requires a credit card to reserve any items for rent. Payments can be made on delivery via cash or check. If we do not receive payment on delivery, the credit card provided at the time of your reservation will be charged. Reliable Rentals reserves the right to future use of credit card provided to cover late fees, shortages and damages.

Can someone visit my home or event site?

Reliable Rentals has a staff of event consultants will be glad to visit your site in preparation for your event. Please contact us to setup an appointment.

What size tents/canopies do you rent?

Reliable Rental's tent sizes range from 9 x 10 to 40 x 140 and larger. All of our tent tops are white. Please call us to discuss your tenting needs!

Are items rented in sets?

All items are rented per piece.

When should I place a reservation?

Anytime you are ready. Reservations are taken on a "first come, first serve" basis.

What is your cancellation policy?

Any items cancelled less than 72 hours prior to the delivery date are subject to a restocking charge based on our inventory availability and demand for that item. Any item loaded onto our truck for delivery is subject to restocking charge equal to the daily rental rate.
